Bulgarian adjika light sauce
What is adjika? It is a condiment made from natural vegetables, grinded with aromatic spices.
To make adjika really tasty and useful, we use only ripe fruits full of vitamins. Peppers and tomatoes are the key ingredients. Adjika includes onion and garlic, spices are used for taste contrasts. Due to the special technology of preparation, vegetables maintain not only their useful properties, but also keep natural taste.
