Our Transcarpathian lecho is not only an ingredient to sauces and side dishes; it is a source of vitamins and rich natural taste of vegetables. We use only ripe peppers and sweet tomato sauce with light sour flavor. Tomato sauce is made from natural organically grown fruits.
Lecho is prepared due to special technology that allows to save all the useful properties of vegetables and give them a rich flavor and just amazing aroma.
We recommend you to try our lecho with rice dishes, potatoes, beans and baked eggplants. Our product is a good choice to meatballs and red meat.
